Depuis 2024, l\u2019aide \u00e0 la production de l\u2019ACM exige une participation fran\u00e7aise majoritaire (&gt;50%) ; les participations fran\u00e7aises minoritaires sont regroup\u00e9es sous l\u2019ACM plut\u00f4t que sous plusieurs dispositifs plus modestes. Si le statut de trait\u00e9 ouvre la voie, la s\u00e9lection reste comp\u00e9titive et s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre des objectifs de la diplomatie culturelle fran\u00e7aise.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong>Belgique (Flandre et Wallonie-Bruxelles)<\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le Fonds Audiovisuel des Flandres (VAF) peut cofinancer des coproductions internationales avec un partenaire flamand. Les incitations r\u00e9gionales comme Screen Flanders sont bas\u00e9es sur les d\u00e9penses, mais l'impact culturel et les consid\u00e9rations politiques jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Wallimage Coproductions peut soutenir des projets impliquant la Wallonie, mais au-del\u00e0 des crit\u00e8res financiers et de d\u00e9penses, des objectifs de politique plus larges influencent les d\u00e9cisions.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Espagne<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les coproductions conventionnelles avec l'Espagne sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme nationales, les rendant \u00e9ligibles aux subventions s\u00e9lectives de l'ICAA et aux d\u00e9ductions fiscales. Cependant, les approbations d\u00e9pendent de la contribution du partenaire espagnol et de la mani\u00e8re dont le projet s'aligne sur les priorit\u00e9s culturelles nationales.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Royaume-Uni<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les coproductions de trait\u00e9 entre le Royaume-Uni et le Maroc peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme britanniques pour des all\u00e9gements fiscaux sur les films au Royaume-Uni, \u00e0 condition qu'une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique en soit le coproducteur et que les tests culturels\/de trait\u00e9 soient remplis. L'acc\u00e8s est l\u00e9gal en principe, mais en pratique, le syst\u00e8me britannique prend \u00e9galement en compte l'impact sur l'industrie locale.<\/span><\/p><h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Canada<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le trait\u00e9 Canada-Maroc permet l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des fonds nationaux administr\u00e9s par T\u00e9l\u00e9film. Parall\u00e8lement, les d\u00e9cisions de T\u00e9l\u00e9film sont influenc\u00e9es par des crit\u00e8res de march\u00e9 et culturels qui vont au-del\u00e0 du trait\u00e9.
